How this works
Select your discipline, pick the unit you're converting from and type a value — the converter instantly recalculates it into every other unit. Pace is entered as minutes:seconds (7:30), speed as a plain number. Internally every value is normalized to meters per second, so conversion is exact both ways: a mile counts as 1609.344 m, a yard as 0.9144 m.
Supported units
For running — min/km, min/mi, km/h and mph. Cycling uses the same four units with speed as the default. Swimming gets the units swimmers actually use — min/100m and min/100yd — plus km/h and mph. The unit set switches together with the discipline.
